Position Overview:

Flying Cloud Institute (FCI) seeks creative and enthusiastic teaching assistants to work at our S•M•Art Studio Summer Programs during the summer of 2021. Teaching assistants are an integral part of our S•M•Art Studio Summer Program. They are assigned to one group of children throughout each session and will be expected to help guide them through their daily schedule and to help children with activities led by specialist educators. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Provide enthusiastic inspiration and help promote a culture of kindness, creativity and inclusion among the children;

·      Help children with projects that lead specialists present;

·      Help manage clean-up and transitions between activities;

·      Help oversee children’s snack and lunch times;

·      Lead group games and help oversee recess.
